How we ship
Every FANCO pergola ships direct from our factory via DDP sea freight. That means all duties, taxes, and customs clearance are handled and paid by us — you will never see a surprise bill at delivery.

What to expect at delivery
Your pergola arrives on a pallet via a freight carrier. The driver drops it curbside — moving it to your installation site is your responsibility. We recommend having 2 to 3 people ready.
Installation
Every FANCO pergola is designed for DIY installation with 2 to 3 people. All tools and hardware are included, along with detailed illustrated instructions.
You will need:
- A level installation surface (concrete, paver, or reinforced deck)
- 2 to 3 people
- 4 to 8 hours (depending on size)
- A power drill
Prefer professional installation?
