Before you order
Is the LED lighting really included?
Yes. Integrated perimeter LED lighting is standard on all four series at no extra cost, including the entry-level Breeze. It is dimmable and built into the frame, not clipped on afterwards.
Is it manual or motorized?
Every pergola ships with a geared manual hand crank as standard. The Motorized Roof Upgrade is a separate $300 add-on that fits any series and any size, and you can add it later.
How long does delivery take?
45 to 60 calendar days. Each pergola is built to order, then ships DDP with all duties, taxes, and customs clearance prepaid. You never receive an invoice on delivery.
Which series do I need?
Check your local design wind speed and ground snow load, then pick the cheapest series that clears both with margin. Send us your ZIP code and we will look it up with you — including telling you when a cheaper series is enough.
Do I need a permit?
In most US jurisdictions a permanent pergola requires a building permit, and requirements vary by city, county, and HOA. Please confirm what applies to you before ordering.
Can I install it myself?
Yes. Two people can assemble most sizes in a weekend with standard tools. You are responsible for anchoring to an adequate foundation; anchors are not included because the correct anchor depends on your substrate.
